Translation:
True Sustainer, Indescribable Wisdom
Creative Sustainer, True Identity
Narayan is the Sustainer, the aspect of Infinity that relates to water. It resonates with forgiveness and acceptance. By chanting this mantra you vibrate and link to Infinity and your Divine essence. The waters of the mind will become clear and calm.
Go with the flow
Meditate with open awareness as your Heart centre adjusts your feelings with the boundaries of the Self. Concentrate on the shield of the hand. At the centre of the palm is the Heart Protector. Sense and feel the heat of powerful healing energy going through the hand to the Heart centre. Try to avoid concentrating on the head.
Continue for 3-11 minutes or longer.
To finish, inhale and hold the breath briefly, then relax.
